Prepared Meals Made Healthy! Dream Dinners provides everything you need to assemble delicious dinners for your family, store in your freezer and then serve in the weeks ahead. We supply all of the essentials, from easy-to-follow instructions to fresh, pre-cut ingredients.

Our dinners are available in 3-serving or 6-serving sizes. Each serving contains approximately 4 oz protein. You should order based on your appetite, preference and sides served (if any). A 3-serving (3s) dinner works best for 1-2 adults. A 6-serving dinner (6s) works best for 3-4 adults.

A typical guest visits us once a month and go home with 12 – 15 dinners.  They use Dream Dinners about 2 – 3 nights a week, so the dinners will last about 4 – 5 weeks.  We change menu every month so they will be ready to come back for a new month’s recipes.
