Prepared Meals Are Great for Silent Auctions and Any School Events
One of the benefits of owning a meal assembly store is that I am always prepared to contribute something easy and delicious to the various school functions and events we are invited to.
Tonight, I am bringing our most popular Sesame Teriyaki Meatballs to Forest Knolls Elementary School where my son goes to. At the same time, my husband is bringing our delicious vegan Three Bean Chili to St. Bernadette Elementary School where my daughter goes to. Naturally we are the heroes in our kids’ eyes, but the best part? We didn’t need to spend ANY TIME cooking – they are assembled and we just need to warm them up!
When it comes to the silent auction items themselves, we are also equipped to donate something valuable to the schools as well. So far our little meal assembly store has donated a dozen meal prep parties and a dozen free assembled dinners, and even a few free delivery services! I am glad that we are in the position to make busy families’ lives easier. (Let’s just hope that I won’t get in trouble with my bookkeeper and my accountant with all these generous donations :>)
