October Menu Sneak Preview – Friday, 10/3, any time between 6 – 8 pm
First Friday of every menu is our designated Taste Test. Bring friends and families who are curious about our meal prep kitchen for a taste test. There is $6 per person for the 6-7 course buffet spread (including Martha’s Pot Roast), AND you will get 5% off for your October session – what a great deal!
On the taste test menu:
Martha Stewart’s Pot Roast
-Martha uses a technique called braising, by browning the meat then slow cooking in liquid. You will create a tender roast with intense flavor.
Firehouse Three Cheese Pasta with Meatballs
-Creamy Ricotta Cheese blended with Italian seasonings and our flavorful marinara sauce then mixed with penne pasta and savory meatballs and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Diablo Chicken
-Combination of limes, garlic and cayenne. Serve with our Spanish style rice laying the flavors of salsa, cheese and green onions.
Tuscan Beef Tips
-Quality sirloin, pearl onions, diced fresh carrots and celery and a savory sauce that blends the flavors of garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, red, wine, rosemary and thyme.
Asian Pork Loin
-Marinated with a sweet and smoky BBQ sauce flavored with ginger, garlic, and sweet hoisen sauce.
