I have been away attending the bi-annual Dream Dinners conference, and now I am back!  It was rejuvinating to say the least.  I think everyone needs to have a retreat once in a while.  Not a vacation, but a retreat.  Cut off the news, the TV, the cell phone, the comupter.  With a piece of paper and a pen, and a good book.  It is amazing how the world can open up just like that.

Well, I am back with renewed energy for the business, for my family and for my personal well-being.  It really comes down to organization.  Once we know our goals, all there is is to organize our resources effectively to achieve those goals.

So, one of my goals is to get to know our clients better.  I asked, and the best reply I received today is this testimonial from a 14-year-old boy, sent in by his mom:

“This sounds like a testimonial, but I have a very fussy 14 year old eater, who proclaimed the terracotta chicken “the best chicken I’ve ever eaten.”  Any chance I can get another 2 x6 servings with my next order?  Many thanks!”

Yes!  If you pay attention, you will notice that dinner time is about the only time when the whole family gather together in a day.  Make it count.  We will cover the recipes and ingredients, so you can give the time and love to your family.
